Undergraduate Researcher in PennAI Project

PennAI is a project under Penn Institute of Bioinformatics, aiming to develop an easy to use program for non-technical researchers to perform data analysis using AI. The AI training method is auto-selected using AI by getting metadata out of the dataset inputted. Website: http://pennai.org/

I worked on replicating PennAI output using simple scripts and the same datasets, comparing results and finding differences.

I also rewrote the output script functionality of the app, where a user can choose to download a script which mimics the routine followed by the program internally, to reproduce the results manually.
